Snapped bolt
I tried putting it on my n55 from a m235i and it did not fit properly. I was in a rush to try to put it on and thought it was on properly and I thought it did. And I snapped the bolt because the bolt because it was not aligned after I looked at harder I do not recommend for a n55. do not get this cheaply made pos. I recommend getting it from fcp euro where parts will actually fit and not fail.

May not fit correctly or is difficult to fit on.
Would not advise buying. It wouldnโt fit with the o ring nor with the old one, it would only go in with no o ring. So I had to put back my old hinge and o ring. Edit: I had to add coolant to the O ring, along with somewhat forcing/prying it in in order to get it to fit flush.

The installation process was a bit tricky. The holes didn't line up perfectly, making it a challenge to fit. While there was no need for drilling, finding the right angle to fit it required some patience and effort. Wider holes could have made the installation easier. I rate it 4 stars because of that.
